Living Room: includes a large, oversized sectional, 2 swivel chairs, ottoman, bench, side tables, gas fireplace, a big screen TV and throw blankets.

Kitchen and Dining: You’ll enjoy an open concept living and dining area that includes oversized dining table and kitchen island. The table has seating for 10 (can be expanded to 14 upon request) and the island will seat another 10 (with additional bar stools located next to the back porch window leading to the outdoor dining and grill area). The chef in the group will have a fully equipped luxury kitchen at their disposal. The kitchen is packed with appliances both big and small. Enjoy our nugget ice machine, Ninja Air Fryer, Ninja Smoothie Blender, Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine, Crock Pot, Cocktail Bar Set and more! Our Coffee Bar features a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker with a milk frother, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder and various coffee syrups plus sugars/sweeteners. Utensils, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, steak knives, etc provided for the whole family.

Master Bedroom 1 and en-suite 1st bathroom is downstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, swivel armchair, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. You also have your own french doors that lead out to the main covered back patio with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom features a fireplace, big screen TV, soaker tub, walk in double rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer, robes, double vanity sinks and private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well. 

Master Bedroom 2 and en-suite 2nd bathroom is downstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, swivel armchair, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. You also have your own french doors to the main covered back patio with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom features a fireplace, big screen TV, soaker tub, walk in double rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer, robes, double vanity sinks and private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well. 

Master Bedroom 3 is downstairs and perfect for a couple with a few younger kids. The bedroom features a private walk out to the side porch and a short walk to the swimspa gazebo. This bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin beds with linens provided. This room also contains nightstands and 2 big screen TVs.

Full Bathroom 3 is located downstairs off the living room next to Master Bedroom 3 and has a tub/shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner and private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well. 

Master Bedroom 4 and en-suite 4th bathroom is upstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. This room also boasts its own private balcony with a beautiful view and seating for two. The bathroom also has shower and tub with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer, and private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well. 

Master Bedroom 5 and en-suite 5th bathroom is upstairs and has ensuite bathroom with king bed, nightstands, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a soaker tub, walk in rain shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner, towel warmer and private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well. 

The Bunk Room/Game Room and 6th Bathroom is upstairs and has 3 twin over full bunk beds and one 3 level bunk bed with 2 twins over full (9 beds total). This room also has a big screen TV, oversized bean bag, kids nugget modular couch and plenty of games including our arcade style infinity game table with over 50 games and activities! The ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub with soap/shampoo/conditioner and a private toilet room. Linens and paper products are included as well.

The Theater Room is upstairs and features a massive 135” projector with immersive 12 speaker surround sound. The theater room can seat 19 people with 4 rows of seating, including 2 rows with 3 in 1 couch/chaise/sleeper couches, 1 row with 5 theater chairs, and a 4th row with bar seating. It also comes with a mini fridge, microwave and popcorn machine. 

Full bathroom 7 can be found upstairs in the hallway just outside the theater room with a tub/shower. All linens, soap/shampoo/conditioner and paper products are included as well.

Games are located throughout the cabin both indoors and outdoors. The cabin features a shuffleboard table, 3 in one pool table/air hockey/foosball, multicade infinity arcade gaming table, poker table, ping pong table, cornhole, horseshoes, smash ball, putt putt, frisbee golf and a cabinet full of board games, group games, cards, dominos and more.

Outdoor Living: Once you step outside the back door you’ll find a covered patio with outdoor fireplace, sectional couch, chairs and coffee table, TV, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, porch swing and 2 basket swings. You’ll also find games including cornhole, putt putt, slam ball, ping pong and more. As you step off the porch you’ll find a hammock, fire pit with seats for 7, a large kids play set (with a slide, swings, fort and climbing wall), frisbee golf and horseshoes. 

SwimSpa Gazebo: Exit the master bedroom 3 or walk around our wrap around porch to a covered gazebo featuring a 21 foot swim spa & hot tub with 75” tv and a patio seating area. The swim spa is temperature controlled can be enjoyed during any season and is one of the kids favorite amenities! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing and winding down.

Front Porch: You can find 2 porch swings and 4 rocking chairs off of the front porch to enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Balconies: The cabin features 2 balconies upstairs off the front of the cabin which are both equipped with seating and coffee tables. You will find the larger of the two balconies upstairs above the front entry way with amazing views. It’s the perfect picture spot for the whole group!

Parking: There is a horseshoe drive to make pulling a boat or ATV trailer easy and ample parking. Use the side parking to avoid the front stairs. Also, for your convenience the cabin comes equipped with an EV charger (Level 2 NEMA 14-50 plug in; must bring your own adaptor).

Utility Room: includes 2 full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board as well as a hot and cold water dispenser.
